With nearly two decades based in Southeast Asia, I bring deep regional expertise in economic analysis and program management, specialising in the design and delivery of high-impact business-climate reform and economic-integration initiatives.
My experience spans senior management and advisory roles with leading international institutions, including the Asian Development Bank, the Australian Government, the United Nations, the World Bank, and the private sector. I have worked at the intersection of policy, investment, and implementation—translating complex reform agendas into practical, results-driven programs.
Recent engagements include supporting capital market reform in Myanmar, leading the impact management of ADB's venture capital arm "ADB Ventures", advancing labour market and remittance policies in the Pacific, and leading a landmark analysis of the implications of WTO and ASEAN accession for Timor-Leste.
